Where do I get a TCX?
Garmin Connect: activity → ⋯ → Export as TCX. TrainingPeaks can export TCX too.

The track flattens into FIT records. Lap splits are not rewritten as lap messages.
Is this uploaded?
No. Decode and encode run in your browser.
Power from TPX?
